Die gesamte Fläche wurde im 2020 saniert, wodurch unter anderem die Böden frisch aufbereitet und die Wände gestrichen wurden. Direkt bei der Liegenschaft befinden sich ein Coop, Bäckerei Bachmann und die Bushaltestelle.
