I am renting out a room in a 4-room apartment to a quiet, clean, and reliable person.
About me: I am 40 years old and use the apartment exclusively for professional purposes. During the week, I am usually only present in the evenings, and on weekends, I am not there since my main residence is in Germany. You will have the apartment to yourself most of the time.

Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
Living room
Bathroom
Balcony
The apartment is simply and functionally furnished but offers everything you need for everyday life.
Since I have had bad experiences in the past, the rental is not based on the principle of first come, first served. It is important to me to find a person who is reliable, pays attention to cleanliness, and treats the apartment with respect. Therefore, I decide after a selection process who fits best into the flat share.
