Wir vermieten ab September / Oktober in einer dreier WG ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer grosszügigen hellen Wohnung direkt im Zentrum von Basel.
In der 4.5-Zimmerwohnung gibt es zwei Badezimmer, eine grosse Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir haben eine schöne Terrasse und einen Garten. Vor dem Haus hat es Veloparkplätze und auch im Keller hat es Platz für Velos. Dein Zimmer wäre bereits möbliert mit einem Bett, Nachttisch, Pult, Schrank und Büchergestell.
Zu uns: Die WG bildet sich gerade neu und wir können gerne zusammen weiterschauen, wer sonst noch einzieht. Grundsätzlich sind wir auf der Suche nach einer Person, die gute Gespräch schätzt aber auch gerne Zeit für sich hat, offen ist etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen und Ordnung und Sauberkeit schätzt.
Die Miete wäre 1100.- pro Monat inklusive allen Nebenkosten & Wlan.

We’re renting out a furnished room from September / October in a spacious and bright 3-person shared apartment right in the centre of Basel.
The 4.5-room apartment has two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a lovely terrace and garden. There are bike parking spaces in front of the building and additional space for bikes in the basement.
Your room comes fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe and bookshelf.
A little about us: The flatshare is just being formed, so we’d be happy to decide together who else will join us. We’re looking for someone who enjoys good conversations but also appreciates having their own space, is open to doing things together from time to time, and values a clean and tidy home.
The rent is CHF 1,100 per month, including all utilities and Wi-Fi.
