Takeover of the lease for a charming old 4-room apartment, available from October 10th or 15th, 2026, with the possibility of storing some belongings as early as the end of September if needed.

The apartment is located in an ideal location: only 100 meters from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the lake, while being just a few steps from the city center, shops, cafes, and bars. There is a large communal garden accessible from the garden door.

The apartment includes:

a functional kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher;
a small but functional bathroom (only one bathroom);
a communal laundry room in the basement with a washing machine and dryer, freely accessible,
a basement and a small attic.

Regarding heating, there is a radiator in the main room and in the kitchen. The rest of the apartment is heated with gas. Note that the apartment can be a bit cool in winter and is therefore perhaps not ideal for a family but rather ideal for a young couple or a shared apartment (since the two largest rooms are connected).

Rent: 1,200 CHF/month, including charges, estimated. The amount may vary depending on gas consumption, estimated at around 350 CHF/month.

The takeover is intended for one or more solvent persons with a complete dossier ready to be transmitted. Two months' rent guarantee are required.
