A single woman wants to offer a weekly resident a affordable option in the Thun agglomeration. The apartment has been regularly renovated and has a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is modern with a steamer, oven, large refrigerator, etc.
The neighbors are quiet, there are families, dogs, and also retirees in the building. Quiet neighborhood in a dead-end street. Bike cellar and parking available. Washing machine and dryer in the communal room (washing according to availability, no fixed times), close to public transport and regular connections to Thun and Bern (each 2 times an hour). Good shopping opportunities in the village. Shared barbecue area with the neighbors.
