Designed for studying

Separate desk with chair and lamp — ideal for working comfortably at home. Ideal for students of HE-Arc in Delémont: 8 minutes by train, half-hourly, 7 days a week.

The apartment

Wing of an old house (1726), converted into apartments: volume, exposed beams and light-panelled ceiling. Unique and fully furnished space — you arrive with your luggage.

Kitchen

Worktop in Stratifié, 4 cooking plates, oven, hood, Miele dishwasher, built-in Miele fridge. Dishes, glasses, pots and small appliances are provided.

Bathroom

Corner shower, wall-mounted toilet, sink with mirror cabinet, washing machine in the room.

Location — a living village

In the heart of Courfaivre (Haute-Sorne municipality), just a few steps from the church and the cantonal road that runs through the village, a central and lively location:

• Shops, bakery, tea room, post office and restaurant in immediate proximity

• A real village life: cultural and sports centre, gym, football, local associations, concerts, markets and festivals

• Nature at the gates of the village: the Sorne, the hills and the Jura trails

A living village centre with traffic on the cantonal road and the church bells that rhythmically accompany village life. The building also has its own character: an old, renovated building, sometimes you can hear the water flowing through the pipes (noise of the plumbing).

Eating without cooking

The village restaurant is directly next to the building. The operator will offer you a suitable formula. We will gladly put you in touch.

Services à la carte

A cleaning service can be organised, either occasionally or at regular intervals. Tariff on request.

Mobility

Bus stop in less than a minute and Courfaivre station in 7 minutes on foot, with Delémont in 8 minutes by train and connections to Basel, Biel and Porrentruy. Ideal for not being dependent on a private vehicle.

Terms — academic rental

• Fixed-term rental agreement, from October 5th, 2026.

• Occupancy only during semesters. The loft is free during Christmas and summer holidays.

• Rent CHF 990.–/month, all inclusive — to be paid only for occupancy periods.

• You only move in and pay for the time you occupy the loft.
