I live in a spacious attic apartment with 5 ½ rooms, 141 m2, and a 50m2 terrace with an elevator, and I am looking for a male roommate (born 1964 or older) who is not only looking for a short-term stay but a home for the long term.
The most important thing first: it has to be humanly compatible. I value mutual respect, honesty, consideration, and a pleasant atmosphere in everyday life.


What I offer
You have 1 room (17.2 m2) for personal use. This room has a private bathroom/toilette.
We also use 1 room as a shared Co-Working Space.
A spacious living room and an open area with kitchen and dining room are also used by both of us.

Very good public transport connection with access to lines 1/2/3/4. (4 minutes to the next bus stop / 12 minutes by bus to Biel-Bienne train station.)
Parking possibilities in the blue zone or rental of a parking space in the underground garage.
