🏡 From October/November: Room in a 4.5-room apartment in Aarau
We are looking for a roommate in our 4.5-room apartment in the heart of Aarau. The apartment is located directly next to the train station and only about 3 minutes' walk from the old town and various shopping facilities.
The apartment has a large terrace, a washing machine and a dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as two bathrooms.
👭 Who we are
I, Lena (23), study social work at the HSLU and work part-time in this field. I am very interested in politics and stand up for what is important to me. I find my balance in nature and with friends.
I, Lena (24), study German at the University of Zurich and work part-time in nursing. I like to do yoga and Pilates and enjoy reading. On weekends, I like to go out and meet up with my friends.
We value a beautiful and uncomplicated life together. We pay attention to cleanliness and mutual respect and like to spend time together – whether cooking together, doing something, or just relaxing on the sofa in the evening. At the same time, we also enjoy our privacy and find it important that each person can withdraw.
Your room would be on the upper floor and you would share the bathroom with Lena (23).
The rent is exclusive of additional costs. We have calculated our joint bills and each person pays an additional 95 CHF into a shared apartment account.
