Description
🏡 Home instead of purpose-WG – room available in special 3-person shared apartment
At the beginning of November, a nice room will become available in our spacious 4½-room loft apartment on Stauffacherstrasse 77 in Bern.
💰 Rent: CHF 1,000.– per month
The apartment:
Our apartment is something special – and that's exactly what we like about it.
It is located in the industrial quarter of Bern-Wankdorf. During the week, it can be a bit more lively during the day. As soon as the businesses close, the house is almost ours. In the evenings and especially on weekends, it is pleasantly quiet, and you can enjoy your home without worries – whether with music, guests, or a cozy evening on the large terrace.
The apartment is a spacious loft with plenty of space to live. This includes an open kitchen, a large living area, a approximately 30 m² large southwest-facing terrace, basement, and laundry room. We like to spend time in the common areas – without anyone being obligated to do so.
Who are we?
We are Nik and Pablo.
We are connected by our love of music – we both like to DJ –, we like animals, nature, and appreciate good conversations just as much as quiet moments. Humor, openness, and mutual respect are more important to us than a perfectly tidy home.
Everyone has their own free space. At the same time, we are happy when people meet, spontaneously have a coffee together, cook together, or let the day fade away on the terrace. Everything is possible – nothing is mandatory.
How does our shared apartment work?
Our shared apartment lives from personal responsibility, trust, and common sense.
We don't have a cleaning schedule, no administrative list, and no complicated rules. Not because order is unimportant – but because we hope to live with people who don't need a cleaning schedule.
Each person naturally takes responsibility for the commonly used rooms and leaves the kitchen, bathroom, and living room as they would like to find them themselves.
If something bothers us or is unclear, we talk to each other. Openly, honestly, and uncomplicatedly.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an open, reliable, and uncomplicated person who is looking for more than just a room.
Age, profession, or origin do not play a major role for us. Much more important is that the chemistry is right and you like to live in a shared apartment where people know and respect each other.
If you prefer to live anonymously and withdraw to your room after work, another shared apartment will probably suit you better.
If, on the other hand, you are looking for a home where independence, trust, humor, and mutual respect are a matter of course, then we could be a good fit.
Tell us a bit about yourself: Who are you? What do you do? How do you imagine a good cohabitation? And why do you think you would fit in well with our shared apartment?
We look forward to getting to know you!
