Description
My current roommate wants to move out and I'm looking for two new roommates. The rent is 800.- per person.
Only one tenant is sought per room, please do not apply as a couple for one room.
The entire apartment is a 4.5-room apartment with approximately 102 m2, spanning two floors. It conveys the feeling of having one's own house – right in the city, in a quiet location near the Thun hospital.
The apartment (except for the room for rent) is modernly furnished but can be supplemented with your own furniture. The amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as two bathrooms: one with a shower and bathtub on the upper floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor, which can of course be used by all.
The apartment also features a terrace with a beautiful view of Thun Castle and a small garden that you're welcome to help design.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the spacious, private basement.
A parking space in the garage can be rented for 150 Fr. per month. Electricity and other additional costs are shared.
Public transportation and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The popular Mühleplatz is within walking distance, and Thun train station is about a 10-minute walk away.

Age and gender are irrelevant. You should be friendly, employed, animal-loving, and – as far as living together in a shared apartment is concerned – tidy. You should also speak fluent German or the local dialect.
