In Goldiwil, there is the opportunity to found a shared apartment in a spacious 4.5-room house...
I (34-year-old male) am looking for 2 more flatmates to fulfill this dream. There is a large living room with a fireplace, a room with its own small kitchen, separate entrance and toilet, plus 3 more rooms. A garage, another bathroom, a kitchen, a large cellar and surrounding area, as well as terraces, complete the house. I wish for flatmates who are sociable, enjoy living together (cooking, activities, etc.), value healthy food and want to take care of the environment and create privacy. Of course, there should be enough space for rest. There is also space for individual projects.
The house costs 1650 CHF plus additional costs per month, which would be around 650 CHF per person if we are three. Before moving in, the floors and walls of the house will be restored or newly made.
The rental period is limited to two years... The move-in date is after agreement, 1st October or 1st November... Goldiwil can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport from Thun and in winter is often above the fog sea with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. :)
