I'm giving up my room for September 15, 2026 (move-in date negotiable). It's a large 16m2 room in a very nice 3-room apartment, shared with another student. The room has a glass door that lets in plenty of light (southeast exposure) and private access to a balcony with an unobstructed view. The room will not be furnished.

The apartment is quite large, bright, with a well-equipped kitchen, a small living room, and a bathroom. It's located on the 4th and last floor, 7 minutes walk from the Faculty of Science (UNINE), 10 minutes walk from the train station, and served by bus number 109 (in front of the building).
