About us:

We are a cooperative and are looking for open, communicative tenants who appreciate the tolerant coexistence and the generation mix within our community. We are pleased if you would like to actively contribute to the life of the cooperative.

The neighborhood:

Our settlement Muttenz II is located in a family-friendly neighborhood, near the settlement Freidorf and the St. Jakob Center. The settlement is ideal for commuters, as it is close to the highway exit. Primary school and kindergarten are also in the surrounding area. Via the pedestrian and bicycle bridge, you can reach Birsfelden in a few minutes on foot.

The property:

As a tenant and future cooperative member, you have access to numerous community facilities. These include a playground, a fire pit, and a garden with planting beds. A settlement local can be rented for events.

The apartment:

From October 15, 2026, or by agreement, we are renting a bright 4-room apartment on the 1st floor. The photos are of a similar apartment:

• 3 bedrooms with parquet floor

• Kitchen with dishwasher

• Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and sink

• Basement compartment

• Connection possibility for a private washing machine in the bathroom

Please note:

• Dogs are not allowed in our settlements. Apartment cats are permitted, but installing a cat net requires prior approval.

• Prior to moving in, a rent deposit in the amount of three months' rent must be deposited into a tenant deposit account. This will be converted into cooperative capital at a later date. For this reason, we cannot accept tenant deposit insurance or similar models.
