In the heart of Erlach on Lake Biel, our charming 5.5-room old building apartment with plenty of space and a special feel-good character is located.
Since we will be traveling from around January 1, 2027, to July 31, 2027, we would like to rent out our home to reliable and sympathetic people during this time.
The apartment will be rented furnished. Part of the furniture can be removed by agreement, so there is enough space for personal belongings. The apartment has four sleeping places, distributed over two bedrooms, which we currently use as guest rooms.
The regular rent would actually be somewhat higher. However, we would like to find someone who feels at home in our apartment during our trip and at the same time keeps an eye on our houseplants. That's why we're offering the apartment at a particularly attractive rent for this time.
Live where others vacation
Erlach is located directly on Lake Biel and combines historic village life with nature and relaxation. The lake, the vineyards, the nearby Jolimont, and numerous hiking and cycling trails are practically at your doorstep. The village has shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes, and everything you need for everyday life.
Whether it's cozy walks by the lake, bike tours through the vineyards, swimming in the summer, or excursions to nearby Biel, Neuchâtel, or the Jura - Erlach is an ideal starting point for all those who appreciate nature and quality of life.
