Your room is beautiful, quiet, and with 52.3 m2 really big. The floor is equipped with parquet and southwest you have three windows with a view into the idyllic inner courtyard, which offers you breathtaking sunsets and on the other side also two windows. So the huge room can also be divided into different areas.
The historic Lochbach, with its Sleeping Beauty-like bell tower, is first mentioned in documents in the 17th century. Once a recreational bath, a brewery, and a restaurant, which now forms the living community. Your room was the banquet hall of the gastronomic business. This results in a lot of parking spaces and a large kitchen, which is the meeting point of the shared flat. Due to the available rooms, we have our own laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a very large cellar. The inner courtyard with the relaxing fountain is enclosed by the structure of the building. This is ideal for joint celebrations with friends and maybe soon with you.

We are now two women and four men between 25 and 40 years old and are looking for a new roommate for a room. We are sometimes athletic, sometimes non-athletic. Cooking, musical, and gardening or just being. Sometimes complicated, sometimes uncomplicated. Sociable, but always with the possibility to withdraw.

You are interested in expanding or discovering your experiences in a shared flat. You are welcome regardless of age and gender.

The rent includes ancillary costs (hot water/heating/general). In addition, there are electricity costs, shared flat fund, and internet/TV/serafe.

In total, the room costs CHF 890.- with everything included up to salt and pepper.
The room is actually only rented to one person.
