We are renting a 3.5-room apartment on the 1st floor with approximately 75 m² in 3266 Wiler bei Seedorf from January 1, 2027.
- First rental after renovation
- Move-in possible from January 1, 2027, or later by agreement
- CHF 1,700, including utilities
- CHF 50 per outdoor parking space (several parking spaces available)
- additional storage space in the attic
What to expect:
Together with us (Yvonne & Marc), 12 animals (2 ponies, 2 mini-Shetlands, 4 alpacas, 2 cats, and 2 rabbits) live here, and those who want to can become part of our farm life.
- uncomplicated, friendly coexistence on the farm
- quiet, rural location
- public transportation connection every 30 minutes (towards Bern and Lyss)
- view of the alpaca and pony pasture
- shared seating area with grill
- if desired, walks with alpacas/mini-Shetlands or horseback riding participation
- solar panel system from spring 2027 (possibility of a charging station for an electric car)
What we are looking for:
- animal-loving person/people who enjoy country life.
- Occasional voluntary help in the stable is welcome but not required. Important to us is respectful and uncomplicated coexistence.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs or additional cats, as our cats do not get along with them. Other pets can be discussed individually.
