The entire apartment was completely and gently renovated. Everything was newly painted and the old parquet floors were re-oiled.

One room in the shared flat is used by a gardening business as an office space. This room is usually only used on weekdays and during normal working hours.

The 2 rooms for rent can also be rented individually or together. The rooms are each approximately 16m2 in size. The stated price refers to both rooms. The rent for one room would be 405 Fr. plus 100 Fr. additional costs. It would be possible to use it quietly for commercial purposes as an office, studio, massage room or similar. Or a quiet person who is open to a shared flat life with a gardening office. You would definitely need to get to know each other and you must be symphatic to each other :-)
