Room:
The offered room is located on the upper floor of our 3-person shared apartment and is approximately 13 m², the smallest of the three rooms. Nevertheless, it offers enough space for the most important furniture such as a bed, desk, and wardrobe. Directly in front of the room, a dresser is also available, providing additional storage space.

In general, there are numerous possibilities for storing personal items throughout the apartment.

The apartment is spread over several floors and offers plenty of space for communal living without constantly being on top of each other.

Ground floor

Open living area with kitchen, dining room, and living room
Spacious entrance area
Separate room for shared use and additional storage space
Terrace
Guest toilet

Upper floor

Three bedrooms for roommates
One bathroom with bathtub
One bathroom with shower
One laundry room with washing tower

Depending on the constellation in the shared apartment, one of the bathrooms is shared, while the other is available exclusively to one person. So far, the division with the shower bathroom for men and the bathtub bathroom for women has proven to be uncomplicated.

Bicycle room

The apartment has been modernized and is located on a former farm with plenty of space around the house. The communal areas are used by all, as are many of the available devices and facilities. This is based on respectful handling of other people's belongings and a brief inquiry before use.

The room is becoming available because our long-term roommate has moved out. After a brief re-occupation, it became clear that the ideas about living together unfortunately did not fit together sufficiently. Therefore, we are now looking for a person who shares our values of respect, self-responsibility, and uncomplicated cohabitation and wants to become a long-term member of our shared apartment.

The room price already includes:

- Room on the upper floor
- Heating and additional costs
- Shared use of the entire apartment

Additional costs:
- Electricity and internet

A parking space can be rented separately.

For the room, we charge a deposit of CHF 1,000. This serves as security for the rental agreement and will be refunded in full upon proper return of the room.

We are looking for:
We are looking for an open, independent, and uncomplicated person who is grounded in life. Ideally, you are over 30 years old, but we also welcome younger people who bring a certain level of maturity and life experience.

We value a relaxed and respectful shared apartment life. We appreciate the cohabitation under one roof without creating obligations. Each of us leads our own life, takes responsibility for our area, and respects the privacy of others. At the same time, we enjoy spontaneous joint dinners, a barbecue evening on the weekend, or a cozy conversation in between. However, it can also happen that you don't see each other for several days due to different daily routines – and that's perfectly fine for all of us.

What is particularly important to us:

You treat your fellow human beings and their property with respect. Things that belong to others are not used without prior agreement.
You have your finances under control and can provide a current debt collection report.
You are open to direct and constructive communication. If a problem arises, you address it and are interested in finding a joint solution.
You appreciate a harmonious coexistence and understand that a functioning shared apartment is based on mutual respect, self-responsibility, and consideration.

If you identify with this description, we look forward to getting to know you.

We are:
We are Michael (38) and Tabea (33) and have been living together in this shared apartment for about two years. We are connected by a good friendship and a partially shared circle of friends, but we also lead our own independent lives.

Michael is often on the road for work or in the home office. When he's not working, he spends a lot of time in his 3D printing workshop directly across from the apartment or relaxes with online gaming with friends.

Tabea is also regularly on the road for work. In her free time, she enjoys cozy TV evenings, meets friends, or occasionally picks up the controller herself.

We are both fully employed and are in fixed relationships. Our partners occasionally visit us and also stay overnight from time to time. We naturally bring the same understanding to a new roommate.

Our shared apartment is completed by our two four-legged roommates: cat Pablo and cat Kiwi. Both are firmly part of the household and always bring life and entertainment to the apartment.

The neighborhood also contributes to the pleasant living feeling. It is quiet, friendly, and colorful. People greet each other, know each other partially, and occasionally come together for a joint evening. Everything is possible, nothing is required – just like we live in our shared apartment.

In high-demand areas, property listers find themselves pre-selecting prospects to manage the number of viewings. Timing – first come, first served – is key, but other criteria can also influence selection. A high income doesn’t always mean an advantage – be honest about it.
