Location: 2 minutes to Lidl, 5 minutes to Coop, and 5 minutes to Bakery Bakery or Cafe Hueber for meeting friends.
Size: approximately 15sqm, room with balcony access.
It's a 2-story apartment with a large kitchen, large living room, and 2 bathrooms. There's a large communal garden with grilling facilities, which is often used.

You'll be living with three FLINTA* individuals (22-24 years old). They are open, uncomplicated, friendly, sociable, and work in the gastronomy and social sectors. Everyone enjoys being on the go - in collectives, at university sports, flea markets, tinkering, hiking, or dancing through the night. We have different rhythms from time to time. Sometimes it's very quiet and sometimes very lively, and friends often visit. We often meet for a coffee or a trip, and at the same time, we value our alone time :).
Cleanliness, open communication, and mutual respect are important to us.
