Since I'm moving in with my boyfriend, I, Odette (she/her, 23), am looking for a subtenant for my room. The room is available from September 12th until August/September 2027.

The room is approximately 17 m² in size and is located in a charming old building. It has high ceilings, parquet flooring, and a practical built-in closet. Thanks to its quiet southeast orientation, you'll get plenty of sunlight in the morning ☀️ If desired, the room can be taken over furnished. Available are a bed with mattress, a shelf, and a desk.
The living room, bathroom, and kitchen are shared. In the basement, there's also a washing machine and a dryer available, which are operated with tokens 🧺

We're a 2-person shared flat. I'm Odette, 23 years old, and I'm studying at the HKB. Since I'm moving in with my boyfriend, I'm looking for a suitable person for my room.

You would be living with Annina (she/her, 26). She recently successfully completed her psychology studies and will soon start an internship in Bern. In her free time, she likes to swim and read a lot.

What we're looking for:

Annina wishes for an uncomplicated, open, and reliable person who appreciates a relaxed and harmonious shared flat life. It's perfectly fine if you like to have time for yourself. At the same time, joint cooking evenings, good conversations, or a cozy evening at home are very welcome.

There's no fixed cleaning schedule. Instead, you'll regularly discuss and both contribute to a clean and pleasant home. Important are respectful interaction, open communication, and a certain flexibility.

You should be able to communicate in German, English, or French.
