I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful 3-room apartment in Würzenbach from mid-October or by agreement. The house community is very friendly and pets are welcome after discussion.

The apartment is southwest-facing and therefore pleasantly bright. The surroundings are quiet and close to nature, a bus stop is within a two-minute walk and offers good connections to the city. The lake can also be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes.

The laundry room is used jointly in the basement.

A parking space directly in front of the house can be taken over for CHF 75 per month.
