Do you enjoy shared living in a dream location? We are looking for an open, approachable, and experienced shared accommodation man who has a sense of community and is willing to lend a hand. It's especially important to us that you have an interest in and time for working in our large garden.

Our charming 1930s villa offers a cozy living room, kitchen, large entrance hall, workshop, garage, and laundry room with drying room.
You will have two bright rooms with a balcony (53 m²) available: a sunny south-facing room on the ground floor and a west-facing room with a balcony on the first floor.
The highlight is our large garden with a fire pit, which offers plenty of space for gardening and relaxation.
° Move-in date: February 1, 2027
° Rent: CHF 1,019.-/month including utilities, internet, and shared household costs and items.
° Your flatmates
We are Sabine (46) actress and singer, Chantal (56) restorer, Eliane (45) drama therapist and lawyer, Alva (58) teacher and singer-songwriter, and Roger (63) freelance designer.
We are a well-organized and warm shared accommodation and take care of the house and garden together. We enjoy our connection with each other and at the same time have the freedom for our own interests, projects, and retreat. Even when we are often on the go, we remain connected and appreciative of each other. Community comes naturally to us.
