We are moving back to Zurich and therefore have to give up our beautiful, bright, and quiet apartment with a heavy heart.

The apartment is a real gem: special design, high ceilings, many windows with a view of the greenery, beautiful wooden floor, and high-quality furnishings. The open floor plan connects the spacious kitchen with the dining and living area, while the cozy bedroom is located on the upper floor – including a view of the lower living area.

The kitchen offers plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and plenty of space for cooking. The charming bathroom with daylight has a bathtub.

A real highlight in the summer are the large, sliding windows with automatic insect screens and sun reflectors. The apartment is also very well insulated against noise and heat.

There are several built-in closets in the apartment as well as additional storage space in the entrance area. This is supplemented by a large cellar and a large laundry room.

And then there are the greatest neighbors you could wish for.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street near Brunnadernstrasse. The city and the Elfenau can be reached on foot in less than half an hour, and public transportation is also very well connected. A large Migros is located just around the corner.

We really enjoyed living here and would be happy if someone moved in who appreciates the special character of this apartment just as much as we do.
