The room is approximately 18 m² in size and is located in a cozy 4½ old building apartment. It is bright, has 2 windows, a built-in closet, and a chimney that is unfortunately out of operation.

We are a 2-person shared flat – currently living here: me, Bömi, 31 years old, and my dog Pivo, 13 years old.

In addition to the normal rooms, there is an additional room that we can both use. Sometimes it's a guest room, sometimes a study... There's also a balcony, cellar, and garden.

The apartment is located in the heart of Leuk. Restaurants are just around the corner. There's a small Migros with a post office, a bakery, and a pharmacy also in the immediate vicinity. Two bus stops are about 4-5 minutes walk away, and the IR train station is about a 15-minute walk.
If you have a car, there are several parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

We're looking for a nice, open, and uncomplicated person who doesn't have a stick in their ass and also enjoys cooking or messing around together sometimes.
At the same time, no one needs to be constantly on top of each other. During the week, we also enjoy our peace and quiet. What's important to us is that we have respect for each other, take each other into consideration, and can have a relaxed living situation.

Pivo is, of course, a fixed part of the shared flat. 🐾 Unfortunately, she doesn't get along with cats, but she usually gets along well with other dogs.

We're both pretty uncomplicated, straightforward, and would be happy to find someone who just clicks with us on a human level.
