Description
We are looking for 1 or 2 new flatmates (40+) from October 1st, 2026, for the two vacant rooms in the beautiful parsonage in Niederscherli.
Do you want a home where freedom and community have equal space and there are many opportunities to participate in the garden? Then this could be the right place for you.
You are a responsible, sensitive person with a positive attitude towards life, for whom a sustainable lifestyle is important. You can be alone well and want to be part of a newly forming community. You like animals (cat & hedgehog family). Authentic communication with clear agreements is important to you.
Our home: The parsonage in Niederscherli is 5 minutes from the train station with a lot of green space around, close to the forest and the Sense.
The free rooms: Room 1: Ground floor, 12 m2, private balcony, 670.-/month incl. utilities. Room 2: Ground floor, 17 m2, 620.-/month incl. utilities. There is the possibility to rent both rooms together. There is a connecting door between the two rooms that can be opened if desired. We use the living room, large cellar, and garage together.
About us: We are a mixed group that cultivates a respectful and considerate interaction with each other. We live mostly vegan or vegetarian.
Katharina (43): I am a person with depth and have fun working and making things happen in the garden. My cat Melina-Gioia, as well as yoga and mantra singing, are my daily companions. I work as a kindergarten teacher, yoga teacher, and lead singing circles. I have also recently started a body-centered therapy training at the IBP.
Dario (34): I am Dario, have recently worked as a teacher, and would like to attend the PH from autumn. My hobbies are playing the guitar, joking, and reading. I also like to watch series or movies when I have the opportunity. I also like to meet friends and enjoy being in nature.
Oli (34): I am a versatile head who is looking for the perfect balance between creative balance, nature, and future topics: In my free time, I like to make music with the guitar or percussion, stand at the stove, or garden relaxed with a coffee in my hand. When I'm not hiking outside, I deal with the energy transition professionally. I will be leaving the shared flat at the end of January or February because I will be traveling indefinitely.
