A 14m2 unfurnished room is available in a shared apartment from the 16th of November. The apartment is shared with two friendly and respectful flatmates, Francesco (24) and Amelia (21). They are looking for a tidy and clean long-term tenant between 20 and 30 years old.

Francesco is starting a new job as a Sales Consultant in Basel. He is easygoing, he enjoys chilling by the river, reading books, hiking, having dinner and playing board games. He speaks Italian, English, German, French and Spanish

Amelia is currently a student in Psychology. She really enjoys reading, drawing and aperitifs with friends. She speaks Italian and English.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a bathroom, a balcony, a shared living room and a washing machine in the building. The room is bright and spacious, with a large window that provides plenty of natural light. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, and green areas.
