I'm looking for someone who is orderly, reliable, and tidy and enjoys gardening (gardening, etc.).
It has a private garden, but also a very large shared garden that we can use. It has apple and pear trees, various berries that can be harvested throughout the year.
I'm often at home and really enjoy it here.
I like to make music, cook, or just chill out in the beautiful garden.
I'm an open and empathetic person, and you should be too.

No pets, except small animals like hamsters, etc.

Honesty and trust are essential.
The rent would be CHF 850.- per month, including utilities and electricity.

Move-in possible immediately.
