We, a helpful mechanic 60, a shy specialist in care 34, a sociable senior 71 (with a 2-year-old dog), an open-hearted HPWS teacher 55, (with a quiet, well-behaved, cat-chasing dog and 3 curious alpacas, 9 chickens with a rooster) share our complete infrastructure, including kitchen, two bathrooms, winter garden, entrance, laundry room, natural cellar, a large park garden (with a pond, party shelter, outdoor chimney and barbecue area, lounge, summer table group, workshop and herb garden) and are looking for 2 roommates, maybe you? We are looking for someone who is free from addiction, animal-loving, socially competent, and not nocturnal. (Unfortunately, we cannot consider social welfare recipients due to social service-related reasons). We don't want to be a purpose-built shared apartment and are not a pension. Shared meals, cooking, leisure activities... are allowed and should always be voluntary and self-responsible. Our household and operation are orderly, clean, and well-regulated. We place great emphasis on friendly manners and reliability. Our home is 3 minutes' walk from the forest/Aare Uttigwelle and the train station (S1 line Thun-Bern). One room, CHF 770 (including utilities), will be available from December 1st. Another room, CHF 830 (including utilities), will be available from November 1st. All rooms are furnished and can be partially or fully emptied upon request.
