Additional costs and deposit

The additional costs amount to only CHF 100.– per month and are to be borne directly by the tenants.

No deposit insurance is accepted for the deposit. The deposit in the amount of three months' rent is to be deposited into a blocked account.

Takeover costs when concluding the contract

When the rental agreement is concluded, the following takeovers are mandatory for the new tenants:

• CHF 1,200.– for the existing high-current/charging connection in the double garage

• CHF 400.– for the pavilion

• 2 small garden beds according to the existing agreement

The mentioned takeover costs are to be paid directly to the previous tenants when the rental agreement is concluded.
