The bathroom with a window was completely renovated in 2022 and has a bathtub and a rain shower. Solar cells on the roof, which was also renovated in recent years, contribute to the heating of the hot water. The apartment also has built-in closets and a lockable cellar room (approx. 12 m2). The use of the washing machine and drying room is shared with another party. The use of the garden and courtyard is also possible.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, 2 minutes' walk from the Aare and close to the Gurten and public transport. The apartment is ideal for two people.
