The space is located on the first upper floor of a charming old building, directly above our shop at Schifflände. With a total area of approximately 40 square meters, it is ideal for a shared office, a studio with exhibition possibilities, a showroom, or a shop by appointment.

Access to the upper floor is via a separate staircase from the shop. The small kitchen, toilet, and internet access are available for shared use. Heating, electricity, and water costs are included. The rooms are not fully separated from each other (room, shop, kitchen). Therefore, activities with noise, dust, or odor emissions are not suitable.

Our goal is a long-term subletting. We are open to a partnership cooperation.

The rent is CHF 1,150 per month for the entire area. Available immediately or by arrangement.

Viewings are possible during our shop opening hours by appointment (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 16:30).
