The room is bright and centrally located. Right outside the door are the Aare and Thun train station. In just a few minutes, you can reach the old town or Lake Thun. From the room and the apartment, you have a wonderful view of the Aare, the mountains, and the forests. The room is located on the 5th floor (with elevator), is approximately 12 m² in size, and is part of a 2-person shared flat in a 3-room apartment. The apartment consists of renovated kitchen and bathroom, a bright and large living room with plants, and a balcony with beautiful morning sun. The room is being sublet for 6 months because I'm going abroad. It can be taken over furnished or unfurnished, as desired. The rent also includes electricity (approx. 12 CHF/month) and Serafe (13 CHF/month).

We're looking for: You. You're funny, enjoy community life, and like to eat and chat together occasionally. At the same time, you also value individual me-time. You think a tidy apartment is important and you like a beautiful home.
