We, a helpful mechanic 60, a shy specialist in care 34, a sociable senior 71 (with a 2-year-old dog), and an open-hearted HPWS teacher 55 (with a quiet, well-behaved, but cat-chasing dog), share our complete infrastructure, including kitchen, two bathrooms, winter garden, entrance, laundry room, natural cellar, and a large park garden (with a pond, 3 curious alpacas, and 9 chickens with a rooster), party shelter, outdoor chimney, and grill area, lounge, garden seating, workshop, and herb garden. We are looking for 2 roommates, possibly you? We are looking for someone who is drug-free, animal-loving, and not nocturnal. Unfortunately, due to social service-related reasons, we cannot consider social welfare recipients. We don't want to be just a functional shared apartment, but we're not a pension either. Shared meals, cooking, leisure time... are allowed and should always be voluntary and self-responsible. Our household and operation are orderly, clean, and well-regulated. We place great importance on friendly manners and reliability. Our home is 3 minutes' walk from the forest/Aare Uttigwelle and the train station (S1 line Thun-Bern). One room, CHF 770 (including utilities), is available immediately. Another room, CHF 830 (including utilities), will be available from November 1st. The rooms are furnished and can be partially or fully emptied if desired.
