As of November 1, 2026, I am looking for a subtenant for my bright and spacious 3.5-room apartment on Fluhmattstrasse in Lucerne, above the Löwencenter and near the SUVA building.

The apartment offers a lot of space on approximately 93 m² and a pleasant floor plan. It has two spacious rooms and a slightly smaller room. The spacious kitchen offers enough space for a dining table. Additionally, there is a practical separate storage room.

The living rooms have a beautiful parquet floor, and the kitchen and bathroom have terrazzo flooring. The apartment also includes two small balconies. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

Thanks to its central location, the city center, Löwencenter, train station, and shopping facilities are easily accessible. At the same time, the apartment is located a bit above the city center and pleasantly set back from the direct bustle.
