From January 2027 or by agreement: approx. 10m2 plus access to the garden house, approx. CHF 500 (room prices will be recalculated)
From April/July 2027: approx. 20m2, approx. 1,000
Rental prices include parking and utilities (this year we switched from oil heating to a heat pump).
The infrastructure has the following special features: outdoor seating area, house garden, workshop, vaulted cellar
Flatmates: bicycle mechanic (42), art therapist (31) with dog, forest ranger (29).
