ROOMMATE WANTED
At Ring/ 704 chf (including utilities)/ balcony and living room
Hey, we are Felix (20) and Lena (22) and we have rented an apartment at the beginning of December. We are looking for someone who wants to (from December or January) set up a new shared apartment with us.
About the apartment:
The apartment is a beautiful 4-room apartment with a balcony. The toilet and shower are divided into two bathrooms. We plan to use the room with access to the balcony as a dining and living room. The Schützenmattpark is nearby. The Kollegienhaus can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
About us:
Lena: I study politics and media science. My hobbies are skiing and kayaking. I also like to bake, do arts and crafts, and I'm a total film nerd. I'm usually available for other side quests of any kind.
Felix: I study political science and economics. I like to travel, discover new things, and watch movies. Like Lena, I'm interested in art. Other things I like are wine, espresso, and cats.
What we imagine:
We are looking for someone who wants to set up a new, lively home with us (not just a functional shared apartment). We like to have visitors and organize film or game nights and the like. However, hygiene is also important to us, and we envision a cleaning schedule so that we can quickly solve upcoming tasks in the apartment (open to your suggestions).
