Description

Hello ◡̈

From mid-February 2027, a room will be available in my shared apartment in the heart of Lucerne, and I'm looking for a new roommate with whom I can not only live together but also get along.

A bit about me:
I'm Elias, 25 years old, and I enjoy being outdoors and trying new things. Whether it's in the mountains, on my gravel bike, jogging, or having a cozy evening at home, I like variety and appreciate good conversations, humor, and uncomplicated company.

What I'm looking for in our shared apartment:

It's essential to me that we don't just share an apartment, but create a home where everyone feels comfortable and enjoys spending time. Therefore, I'm not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but rather a friendly and communal living situation where we can occasionally cook together, do something, talk about life, or spontaneously spend the evening together.

At the same time, each person should have enough space to pursue their own interests and daily routine. It's not necessary to always do something together. Rather, I want our living situation to be based on mutual interest, openness, and a good feeling for each other.

Personal responsibility, mutual respect, and open communication are particularly important to me. I think a good shared apartment works best when both parties think ahead, take responsibility, and actively work towards a pleasant living situation. For me, this also means that order and cleanliness are a given, without constantly having to remind each other.

You can find all further information about the apartment, the room, and me in the pictures. :)

If you identify with these words and are interested in creating a beautiful shared apartment, I look forward to hearing from you!

Please tell me a bit about yourself, what makes you unique, and how you envision a great shared apartment life.

I'm looking forward to your message and to getting to know you!

Best regards
Elias

In high-demand areas, property listers find themselves pre-selecting prospects to manage the number of viewings. Timing – first come, first served – is key, but other criteria can also influence selection. A high income doesn’t always mean an advantage – be honest about it.
