We rent our 5.5 room apartment on the first floor in the rural Rüti near Riggisberg.
It is accessible at ground level via the bridge building.
The apartment comprises approximately 140m2. Additionally, there are 8m2 of attic space and 10m2 of balcony.
The apartment is heated by radiators from below. If this is not sufficient, you can heat additionally with an infrared oven or using a Swedish stove. The wood for the Swedish stove is provided.
Completely renovated in 2009, new kitchen in 2023, walls repainted in 2024
Pets are allowed by arrangement.
If desired, a garage space can be rented separately for 100.- or an outdoor parking space for 50.-.

Additional costs: 300.-
Garage space optional: 100.-
Outdoor parking space optional: 50.-

In September, the Gurnigel mountain race takes place annually over a weekend. During this time, racing cars are directly around the house and engine noise must be expected.
Otherwise very quiet. Cowbells, crowing roosters, etc. are part of the rural idyll. If this bothers you, you should not apply.
