On the upper floor, there are two more rooms – the larger one (approx. 30m2) is ideal for meetings, office use, or treatments, while the smaller one (approx. 20m2) can be used as an office or break room.

Water connections and a toilet are available, but there is no shower or kitchen.

A showcase on the front side of the house of the pharmacy at Zaunplatz belongs to it and allows for good visible advertising opportunities. Many parking spaces are also very close by.

The premises have their own heating and direct water connection. These bills depend on their own consumption and are not paid through the landlord, but by the tenant directly to the technical services. Therefore, only an estimated value can be given here.
