Nice shared flat room in a cozy 3-room apartment in Breitenrain. Our bright and cozy 3-room apartment is located in Breitenrain, in a rather quiet neighborhood, as the apartment also faces an inner courtyard. The apartment is beautifully sunny during the day and has two balconies, one with a west-facing orientation - perfect for a coffee in the sun or a cozy evening outdoors.
The apartment has a large living room and a cozy kitchen, where we like to cook and spend time together. In the basement, a washing machine is available for shared use. We also have a very pleasant and uncomplicated relationship with the neighbors.
About me: I'm Milena, 23 years old, and I'm currently training to be a social educator. I've been living in the apartment for almost four years and feel very comfortable here. I enjoy having a joint dinner, cooking, or a game evening, but I also find it important that each person has their own space and can withdraw to their room.
The room is becoming available because my previous roommate is moving in with her boyfriend.
