I'm a woman in my 40s, working part-time as a specialist teacher at a secondary school, and I'm looking for a sympathetic roommate for a pleasant and harmonious cohabitation.
It's important to me that it's not just a purely functional shared apartment. We don't have to constantly do things together, but sympathy, honesty, mutual respect, and a relaxed atmosphere should be present. Cleanliness and consideration during nighttime are particularly important to me.
The living room, kitchen, bathroom, corridor, garden, and basement are shared. If desired, a study can also be shared. We divide the responsibilities for the common areas fairly among ourselves.
The bedroom can be taken over furnished with a bed and wardrobe for an additional fee, or you can simply bring your own furniture.
