I am looking for a new roommate starting in early February in my 2-room shared flat in the center of Köniz.
Key facts:
The room is 22 square meters in size and costs 700.- per month, including utilities. We share a 3-room apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and balcony between the two of us. Additionally, we have 4 storage rooms in the attic, which provides us with a lot of storage space. Train and bus connections are in the immediate vicinity, and you can reach Bern train station in 10 minutes. There are various shopping options nearby, and a pharmacy is located directly in the house.
About me:
I am Olga (she/her, 25). I am studying for my master's degree in music education and teach at various music schools. In my free time, I like to go jogging, cook, and bake. I also practice at home, and it's important to me that I don't disturb anyone and respect quiet hours.
I am looking for:
I wish for an open and friendly coexistence. It would be great if we could be more than just a functional shared flat :)
It's important to me that we both feel comfortable and openly communicate our needs to each other.
