Hey :)
I'm Gwyn (21) and I'm studying in Lucerne. I'm looking for two female roommates to start a new shared apartment together. In my free time, I like to go for walks, watch movies, and I'm really into pop culture, and I also enjoy skiing in the winter.
The apartment is 73m2, was renovated in 2021, and has underfloor heating, a private laundry room (washing machine & dryer) in the apartment, and a bike room. The university is only 850 meters away.
The two rooms are available from November 16th and cost 750 CHF each:
16m2 room
11.6m2 room with balcony
Since it's a new setup, we would need to furnish and equip the common areas (kitchen, dining table, etc.) together.
I'm not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but rather roommates with whom I can get along well and occasionally do things together. Since I value a certain level of order and cleanliness, you should too.
