In our cool 4-person shared apartment (2 women, 2 men), a furnished room is available for temporary subletting. The reason: I (Ramon) work as a ski instructor in the mountains over the winter season. In principle, I could sublet the room immediately until the end of March 2027 at the latest (flexible). The rent is CHF 800.– per month (all-in), including utilities and internet.

Our shared apartment is a modern 5.5-room apartment on 112 m² in the Gundeli district of Basel. The house is located in a quiet inner courtyard, surrounded by trees. The M-Parc with various shopping options (Migros, Denner, Obi, MediaMarkt, Ochsner Sport, etc.) is about 2 minutes away on foot. The Basel SBB train station is about 5 minutes away by bike. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020, has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and two bathrooms. In our shared apartment, we cultivate a social and friendly living together. We are not a functional shared apartment.

My room is 13.3 m² in size and fully furnished: 1.40m bed, wardrobe, desk, 55" LG OLED TV with PlayStation 5 and smart Philips Hue lighting. The large window provides plenty of daylight, and thanks to the shutters, privacy is also no problem. If needed, bed linen or a bike for the city can be organized, for example.
