Ski-in and ski-out are guaranteed in winter (snowmaking facilities). Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and in winter, the bus service can be used free of charge to Ilanz. The apartment is located in a smaller restaurant/hotel. It has a balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain world of Surselva. In winter, the restaurant/pizzeria will be reopened, so you can comfortably dine in the restaurant after skiing. The apartment is rented out fully furnished. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use, and only the resort taxes are added. A covered parking space can be rented for an additional CHF 90.- per month.
