Que ce soit Seewis à environ 2000 mètres d'altitude dans un endroit merveilleusement ensoleillé. Exploitation saisonnière en été (juin à octobre), 3 bâtiments, 65 lits dans des chambres doubles jusqu'aux dortoirs, 65 places intérieures, 100 places extérieures. L'accès à la maison est autorisé pour la propriété. Environ 4000 nuits par an, plus des visiteurs de jour. Prise en charge de l'exploitation pour la saison 2027.
