Beleuchtung, Klimaanlage, Sonnenstoren, Verdunklung, Multimedia und Cheminée lassen sich per Tablet steuern.

A residence at The Chedi Andermatt is far more than an exclusive apartment: it offers ownership within one of the Alps’ most prestigious five-star deluxe hotels, together with access to its outstanding services.

Designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, The Chedi combines Alpine style with Asian elegance. Owners enjoy the 2,400 m² Spa & Health Club, award-winning restaurants, concierge and hotel services, plus a 20% discount on food, beverages and spa treatments.

The Residence on offer features an open layout and 3.10 m ceilings. The living and sleeping areas are divided by a central column with televisions on both sides and a transparent fireplace. The living area includes a dining table, sofa and two leather armchairs. A minibar, wine cabinet and coffee machine are discreetly integrated into bespoke cabinetry.

The sleeping area offers a luxurious Hästens bed and a long desk. The bathroom includes double washbasins, rain shower, bathtub, separate WC and a generous dressing room. The residence is sold fully furnished and equipped. Lighting, air conditioning, blinds, blackout system, multimedia and fireplace can be controlled via tablet.

One underground parking space and access to the spa are included and secured in the land register. The residence may be used without restriction as a second home and can be purchased by foreign buyers without a permit. Participation in the hotel’s rental management programme is optional.

Andermatt is a leading year-round Alpine destination with 180 km of ski slopes, cross-country skiing, freeriding, hiking, biking, climbing, golf and excellent cultural and culinary experiences. Zurich is approximately 1.5 hours away. The railway station and Glacier Express stop are located in the village.
