- can be furnished or empty (as you wish)

we are two 2nd year students (21, 24) at USI; we like to go on bike rides and enjoy the sun.
you are:
- between 20-30
- non-smoker
- easy to live with
- and you would want to move in form August 2026 till February or June 2027
