Die Wohnung hat eine sehr attraktive Grenz-Lage und befindet sich zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt von

  • Bahnhof

  • Bodensee

  • Innenstadt Kreuzlingen

  • Innenstadt Konstanz

  • div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Zudem ist vor der Haustür direkt eine Bushaltestelle.

Das WG-Leben basiert auf einem netten Miteinander, bei dem ich einerseits meine Privatsphäre schätze, aber genauso gerne gemeinsame Zeit verbringe. Es ist mir wichtig, dass wir respektvoll miteinander umgehen, uns gegenseitig Raum lassen, aber auch gerne zusammen Zeit auf dem Balkon oder beim gemeinsamen Kochen verbringen. Jede Person in der WG hat ihr eigenes WC mit Dusche, und es gibt zwei separate Kühlschränke, sodass jeder seinen Platz hat. Das Ziel ist ein unkompliziertes, respektvolles Miteinander, in dem sich idealerweise auch eine schöne Freundschaft entwickelt.
