• cuisine agencée et fermée (avec table de bistrot)

• salle de bains (avec lave-linge)

• WC séparé

• pas de place de parking, pas de cave, pas de balcon ni de terrasse

Situation centrale dans une petite rue calme. Mélange raffiné de mobilier ancien et moderne. L'appartement est décoré avec soin, sans encombrement. La cuisine est petite mais bien équipée, avec un grand réfrigérateur et une machine à café. Les deux armoires encastrées dans l’hall d’entrée et dans la grand chambre à coucher seront vides pour tes/vos affaires.

Le prix comprend le loyer de l'appartement meublé, l'électricité, le Wi-Fi (Swisscom) et le service Serafe. La caution s'élève à 1’970 CHF et sera remboursée à la fin de la période de location si aucun dommage n'est constaté.

While I will be abroad, I’m looking for a person (or a couple) to rent and enjoy my apartment between October 1st 2026 and January 31st 2027.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

• entrance hall

• large bedroom (double bed, small table)

• bright living room (daybed, dining table)

• fitted, separate kitchen (bistro table)

• bathroom (including washing machine)

• separate toilet

• no parking space, no basement, no balcony or terrace

Central location in quiet side street. Tasteful combination of antique and modern furniture. Apartment is carefully decorated and clutter-free. The kitchen is small but well-equipped including large fridge and coffee machine. The two built-in wardrobes in the entrance hall and the bedroom will be empty for your belongings.

Price includes rent for the furnished apartment, electricity, WiFi (Swisscom), Serafe. Deposit is CHF 1’970 and will be reimbursed at the end of the rent duration if nothing is damaged.
